Michael Norman
Lead Pastor
Joining Glad Tidings in 2018, Pastor Michael encourages people to live out the church's mission to declare hope and develop people. He has an M.A. in Religion, and he is ordained in the Assemblies of God.
Adam Haugen
Leander Pastor
Pastor Adam moved to Leander in 2021 from Cold Spring, MN. He has been in full-time ministry since 2008. Prior to that time he was working in the business field for many years. He has a B.S. in Business Management and a M.A. in Strategic Leadership, and he is ordained in the Assemblies of God.
Dr. Amber Haugen
Executive Pastor
Pastor Amber moved to Leander in 2021. She has been in ministry since 1999 and holds an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a PhD in Bible Exposition. She loves helping people grow in their faith and submit fully to the scriptures. Amber is ordained in the Assemblies of God.
Hillarie Markfort
GT Kids Pastor
Pastor Hillarie grew up in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota before moving to Austin in 2024 to join the team. She earned an M.A. in Ministerial Leadership in Kirkland, WA. She loves to see kids experience God in a personal way and live out what they have learned in their everyday lives. Hillarie is ordained in the Assemblies of God.
Mikah Bollinger
Youth Director
Mikah has been serving students and kids for years, from creating Bible-based programs at Journey Church in Colleyville to inspiring and equipping students through Youth Alive across North Texas. He loves building relationships with teens, helping them discover their identity in Christ, and creating spaces where they can encounter Jesus in a life-changing way. Mikah joined the team in August 2025.
